Develop & implement employee orientation assimilation programs as well as seamless integration into the organization. Perform employee relations, employee training, etc. Coordinate delivery teams as well as line management to perform business process analysis and process flow analysis particularly in support of site and offshore HR process solutions, Implement HR delivery process to business requirements to assist project delivery teams with just-in-time team staffing. Coordinate with offshore business houses/offices for the development of web based applications; form strategic alliances with IT companies in SE Asia; negotiate contracts for offshore products development. Lead a cross-cultural management team in change mgmt. act as change agent, facilitating organizational development through process consultation, re-engineering / de-engineering. Manage HRMS llife cycles & high-levels strategic analysis. Prepare / process applicable employment based immigrant & nonimmigrant visa applications in consultation with company’s legal representative.
